Java Fullstack Developer

Location: remotely from  Latvia, Lithuania, lower priority - Spain/Portugal/Romania/Slovakia/Hungary/Czech Republic!!!

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Fullstack Developer to contribute across backend and frontend layers of the Sage Earth platform. This role requires a strong backend foundation with the ability to work on frontend features as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java (JVM) and Kotlin
• Contribute to frontend development where required
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and product teams
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions across the stack

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Java (JVM) and Kotlin
• Fullstack development experience (backend-focused)
• Understanding of frontend technologies and modern UI frameworks
• Experience working in agile teams
• Ability to balance backend and frontend priorities

Nice to Have

• React experience
• PostgreSQL exposure
• Cloud-native development experience
