Senior Partnership Manager

The Gamzix team is growing, and we’re looking for a Partnership Manager to help us build, manage, and scale strong partnerships with platforms, aggregators, and key clients. This role plays a crucial part in driving product visibility, launches, and long-term growth across the iGaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing relationships with aggregators, platforms, and major operators: сommunicate with partners on a daily basis, acting as their first point of contact
- Provide commercial and contract support:
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of distribution agreements, NDAs, and amendments
- Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Collect and organize partner documentation
- Working with CRM (create and maintain customer info)
- Prepare and deliver performance reports for senior partnership managers
- Gather and flag partner feedback to help improve products and services
- Support senior partnership managers in client communication, including: scheduling monthly meetings, coordinating expo meetings and event logistics, maintaining regular contact and updates with partners etc
- New Partnerships: Track and process initial partnership inquiries from the company website
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming / Gambling / Affiliate / B2B Partnerships
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming market, including aggregators, platforms, top casinos and games, with a solid understanding of how the iGaming ecosystem operates
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Strong communication and presentation skills: confident speaking style, proactive approach, comfort with video calls and ongoing partner communication
- High level of maturity, independence, and ownership
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of platforms and aggregators
- Managing contracts, invoices, calculations, and addendums
- Adding and managing new casino IDs
- Conducting regular partner meetings
- Driving growth of aggregators and platforms (traffic, launches, scaling)
- Independently making decisions related to promotions and overall partnership strategy
- Effectively performing the same function as the current Partnership Manager, while taking over a significant part of the workload
- Candidates comfortable working with US / Canada time zones would be a plus
