Junior Python Developer

About the project

We are working on a web product in the [fintech / SaaS / e-commerce / internal tools] domain.

This is a live product with real users — no sandbox tasks and no legacy nightmares. We’re looking for a junior developer who wants to grow, not just “close tickets”.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Python
• Build and support REST APIs
• Work with databases
• Fix bugs and participate in code reviews
• Gradually take ownership of small modules and features

Requirements

• Solid Python fundamentals
• Understanding of OOP
• Experience with Django or Flask (FastAPI is a plus)
• SQL experience (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Understanding of REST principles
• Git for daily work
• English level sufficient to read technical documentation

Nice to have

• FastAPI
• Docker (basic level is enough)
• Celery / Redis
• Writing tests (pytest)
• Commercial or strong pet-project experience
