Sales Representative / Junior Sales Manager (Training Provided)

We’re a fast-growing digital agency working in the influencer and adult marketing space, primarily focused on the U.S. market. As we enter a new phase of structured growth, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for motivated people ready to grow with us.

We’re open to candidates with no prior sales experience — what matters most to us is strong English, the ability to multitask, and the willingness to learn. We provide full training and ongoing support.
 

🛠 What you’ll be doing

• Communicating with potential clients and presenting our services
• Working with leads and guiding them through the sales process
• Managing multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously
• Learning our products, market, and internal sales processes
• Collaborating with the team to achieve performance goals
   

👤 What we’re looking for

• English level B2 or higher (confident written communication)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Responsible, results-oriented mindset

👉 Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we are ready to train you from scratch.
