About the product
We are developing a performance intelligence and traffic control platform for the iGaming market.
The product helps operators, affiliate networks and performance marketers:
• control traffic quality
• detect and prevent fraud
• scale user acquisition with predicted ROI
The platform is already in production and is actively onboarding partners in different GEOs.
About the role
We are looking for an Affiliate Sales & Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for the development of the affiliate direction:
search, attraction and onboarding of high-quality iGaming affiliate partners and media buyers.
The role is project-based, with a focus on results and the possibility of long-term cooperation.
Responsibilities
• Search and attract iGaming affiliates, media buyers, performance marketers
• Present the platform and its value to affiliate partners
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships
• Onboard and activate affiliate partners
• Work with the internal team to connect offers
• Present the product in affiliate communities, Telegram channels, at events
• Collect feedback from partners to improve the product and positioning
Requirements
• Experience in iGaming affiliate sales / affiliate management / business development
• Understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic quality and performance metrics (CPA, EPC, ROI)
• Existing network of iGaming affiliates will be an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independence and result-oriented
• English — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent
