Middle Strong Webflow Developer

We are looking for a Middle Strong Webflow Developer to join a US-based early-stage product team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a Webflow-based marketing website with custom JavaScript, integration with a React checkout flow, Stripe payments, and reliable analytics and funnel tracking. The company is building a next-generation interface web platform that helps people capture ideas, thoughts, and context seamlessly, wherever they are. The product combines software and hardware, including a voice-first interface and a wearable device, designed to make interaction intuitive and fast.
 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience working with Webflow.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining websites in Webflow (CMS, layouts, components, interactions).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and comfort working with small custom code snippets when needed.
  • Experience setting up website analytics (GA4) and tracking key user actions.
  • Understanding of how marketing websites work: user journeys, conversion points, and funnels.
  • Experience working with UTMs and traffic tracking.
  • Experience connecting Webflow websites with external tools (checkout systems, forms, third-party services).
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and communicate clearly.

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with product or startup websites.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or e-commerce products.
  • Experience setting up tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google tracking).
  • Experience collaborating with developers on integrations.
  • Experience working in early-stage or fast-moving environments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the company website in Webflow.
  • Create clean, well-structured pages that are easy to edit and manage through Webflow.
  • Implement layouts, sections, interactions, and CMS-driven content.
  • Support product-related flows on the website (product pages, configuration sections, landing pages).
  • Set up and maintain basic analytics and tracking across the site.
  • Ensure the user journey from landing page to checkout is smooth and clear.
  • Help connect Webflow pages with external tools and services (checkout, forms, analytics, etc.).
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Support testing and improvements of pages to keep the site stable and conversion-focused.
  • Help maintain tracking accuracy for marketing campaigns and traffic sources.
