Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing CRM projects, including integrations with external systems.

- Deep knowledge of the Creatio platform and best practices for its implementation.

- Experience in team leadership and a genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement complex CRM solutions on the Creatio platform, following best practices.

- Analyze and implement non-trivial business requirements, overcoming complex technical challenges.

- Mentor and coach junior specialists, motivating a multidisciplinary team of CRM professionals.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
