Head of Engineering to $5000

Ken AI is a cold email platform processing 1M+ emails/month. Team of 7. Looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering to own our entire technical operation.

The role: Write code daily in .NET 8.0/C# while leading architecture decisions across 14+ microservices, 3 database engines (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB), and 25+ third-party API integrations.

You'll own:

• .NET backend and infrastructure (Clean Architecture/DDD, Linux VPS, GitHub Actions CI/CD)
• AI systems (multi-model orchestration across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• (Huge) Databases, reliability, and monitoring
• A dev team of 2-3 engineers

Requirements:

• Deep .NET/C# and distributed systems experience
• Production AI/LLM integration
• DevOps (Linux, CI/CD, systemd - with path to K8s)
• AI-native dev workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
• Comfortable being the only senior engineer

Comp: $3-5K/month + equity for exceptional candidates. Salary grows with revenue.

Remote - flexible hours, EU timezone meetings.
