Senior Frontend Developer

About the project:

You will be working on several new web products, including an Internal CMS for site content management, an Advanced Quiz Builder for marketing flows, and a mobile app (experience with React Native / Expo is a plus). You’ll be with the new web product team, giving you a great chance to influence processes, define architecture, choose tools, and bring your expertise to shape the team and engineering culture.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who isn’t just a coder but a technical partner, ready to make an impact from day one.

About you:

• 5+ years in Frontend, with a strong track record of delivering complex SPAs/SSRs using Typescript, React and Next.js;
• Good understanding of the differences between SSR and client rendering;
• Good understanding of data structures, design patterns;
• Understanding of SOLID principles;

• Proficient in SEO optimization and website performance enhancement.

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with React Native / Expo;
• Working in close cooperation with Backend Developers;
• Experience in backend technologies: Node.js, Nest.js or similar;
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or similar;
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks (e.g., GrowthBook).

   

Your impact:

• Develop and maintain front-end features;
• Take part in decisions regarding app architecture;
• Suggest and propose technical enhancements;
• Integrate third-party services;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, DevOps and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements;

• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
