VIP Manager (French)

We are looking for:
- From 1 year of experience in the position of support manager / VIP manager;
- Level of knowledge of French — B1 and above
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel. Ability to work with databases, pivot tables and other functions;
- Experience in gambling/betting will be a big plus.
Personal qualities that will help you:
- High level of professionalism to create trusting relationships with VIP clients;
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the clients' needs and desires as well as the ability to solve problems quickly;
- Flexible respond to changes.
Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with VIP-players — announcement of promotions and special offers, assistance in case of problems and questions, establishing trusting relationships;
- Participation in the segmentation of VIP clients;
- Participation in the coordination of the bonus grid for VIP clients;
- Analysis and reporting on the activity of VIP clients;
- Close cooperation with other departments (support, finance);
