VIP Manager (French)

An international gambling company is looking for a VIP Customer Manager to strengthen the team that works with the African markets. Our company is a team of ambitious and creative professionals who are constantly developing and achieving high results. You can become a part of our team.

We are looking for:

  • From 1 year of experience in the position of support manager / VIP manager;
  • Level of knowledge of French — B1 and above
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel. Ability to work with databases, pivot tables and other functions;
  • Experience in gambling/betting will be a big plus.

Personal qualities that will help you:
  • High level of professionalism to create trusting relationships with VIP clients;
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of the clients' needs and desires as well as the ability to solve problems quickly;
  • Flexible respond to changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Regular communication with VIP-players — announcement of promotions and special offers, assistance in case of problems and questions, establishing trusting relationships;
  • Participation in the segmentation of VIP clients;
  • Participation in the coordination of the bonus grid for VIP clients;
  • Analysis and reporting on the activity of VIP clients;
  • Close cooperation with other departments (support, finance);
