Your Responsibilities & Opportunities
Create opportunities, not just leads
Identify high-potential projects on Upwork, understand client needs, and craft persuasive, tailored proposals.
Own deals from start to finish
Manage the entire sales cycle — from first contact and presentations to successful deal closure.
Collaborate with the team
Work closely with the CEO and technical specialists to ensure accurate project estimates and deliver the best possible solutions for clients.
Build long-term partnerships
Maintain strong relationships with clients, identify upsell opportunities, and develop collaborations that last for years.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Has proven successful sales experience on Upwork — this is our key requirement
- Has at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT (consulting, outsourcing, SaaS)
- Has Advanced or Fluent English for confident communication with clients in the US and Europe
- Is self-organized and proactive — you’ll have full freedom, so strong time management is essential
