Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, driven Sales Development Representative to join Metaproject and play a key role in our sales growth. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll own the early stages of the sales funnel — identifying the right companies, building relationships, and qualifying opportunities for our Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic outreach, understands B2B services, and wants to work with high-value custom software projects.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Researching and identifying startups and SMBs that match our ideal customer profile
  • Evaluating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and project timelines
  • Engaging prospects through thoughtful, personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct messages
  • Clearly communicating Metaproject’s value as a long-term technical and delivery partner
  • Scheduling high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date in Pipedrive


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B SDR experience in IT services, software development, or outsourcing
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, organization, and self-discipline (fully remote role)
