Fullstack Front-End (Web + IOS/Android)

We are building a mobile-first and web-based communication platform designed to help organizations engage employees across office and deskless environments. The product delivers updates, learning content, surveys, and feedback tools via high-performance web and mobile applications.

You will work on both the web and mobile front-end, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

 

     Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android)
• Build reusable, high-quality components and UI modules for both platforms
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (REST / GraphQL)
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and consistency across web and mobile
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation
• Participate in architectural decisions and help define technology standards for web and mobile

• Optimize applications for performance and scalability

   

  Requirements:
  Must have:

• Strong experience with React (web) and React Native (mobile)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end practices
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and state management (Redux, Context API, or Zustand)
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, UI/UX, and platform-specific behaviors (iOS & Android)

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with native modules for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox)
• Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play
