Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Middle Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound lead generation for our services offerings (team augmentation and project outsourcing across North America and EMEA). This role owns the outbound motion from lead creation through SQL handoff and actively supports pre-sales qualification, including participation in sales calls as needed.

This is a performance-oriented role with clear accountability and revenue-linked incentives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound lead generation for services-based offerings
  • Independently research, create, and manage outbound lead lists (lead researcher support available if needed)
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using Reply.io or Clay (email and LinkedIn)
  • Apply GTM and ABM strategies across NA and EMEA markets
  • Qualify leads and generate SQLs for the Sales team
  • Participate in pre-sales calls to support qualification, scoping, and deal progression
  • Track and manage all leads, activities, and pipeline stages in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to maximize pipeline efficiency
  • Support event-related outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline acceleration
  • Maintain strong understanding of service positioning, value propositions, and buyer needs

     

Required Qualifications

  • 3โ€“5+ years of B2B outbound sales development or lead generation experience
  • Proven ability to self-source and qualify outbound leads
  • Experience supporting or selling services-based offerings
  • Strong understanding of GTM and ABM execution
  • Hands-on experience with Reply.io or Clay as the core outbound tool
  • Solid working experience with HubSpot (all sales activities executed within HubSpot)
  • Experience working with events, marketing, and sales teams
  • Comfortable supporting pre-sales qualification and joining sales calls
  • Excellent written and spoken English (business-level or higher)
  • Strong organization, ownership, and follow-through
