Sales Development Representative (AI, Web3, High-Ticket)

Techchain Solutions is a boutique AI & Web3 engineering studio working with founders in complex and high-risk domains (crypto, fintech, automation, marketplaces).

 

We’re looking for an SDR who also owns an outbound strategy.

 

Your mission:
πŸ‘‰ build and convert a predictable outbound pipeline into qualified calls with founders who can close $30k–$250k deals.

 

What You Will Own

  • Defining and refining ICP together with the CEO
  • Designing outbound funnels (LinkedIn, Email, Partnerships)
  • Writing and improving outreach & qualification scripts
  • Running discovery and qualification calls with founders & CTOs
  • Manual LinkedIn prospecting (quality-first)
  • Working with a Lead Generation Specialist who handles scraping & Upwork automation
  • Deciding which leads are worth pursuing and which are not
  • Maintaining CRM and pipeline clarity
  • Continuously improving conversion from reply β†’ call β†’ opportunity

 

Ideal Background

  • 2–3 years experience as SDR / BDR / Outbound Strategist in B2B
  • Experience with agencies, dev studios
  • Strong understanding of qualification (budget, authority, timing)
  • Comfortable leading calls with founders
  • Strategic mindset: you improve systems, not just execute them
  • English B2+ (spoken English required for calls)

 

Compensation & Terms

  • Base: $1,000 / month
  • Bonuses: up to $1000/month (qualified calls + revenue impact)
  • Growth: commission structure discussed after 2–3 months based on results
