About the Project
Our Client is developing a modern SaaS platform that is transforming traditional recruitment by replacing outdated CV-based processes with asynchronous video interviews. The product helps companies save up to 70% of their hiring time while improving candidate experience and hiring quality.
The team is strongly focused on building a healthy work culture, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact.
You will work on a fast-growing platform used by international companies and contribute to a solution that genuinely changes how hiring works.

Tech Stack
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
State & Data: TanStack Query
UI & Styling: Tailwind, SCSS, Material UI
Forms & Validation: React Hook Form, Zod
Data Grid: AG Grid
Other: REST APIs, Git, CI/CD

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with React.js
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable React-based web applications
• Implement new features and improve existing UI components
• Work with complex data tables and dynamic forms
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Ensure high code quality and best practices
