Sales / Business Development Manager (Middle, Senior)

We are a Ukrainian IT product company building innovative B2B fintech solutions in partnership with Visa, Mastercard, and other global industry leaders. Our products are trusted by top companies across the US and Europe, and we are strengthening our position in the international market.
We’re now looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager — someone who is passionate about sales, thinks in results, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
🚀 In this role, you will be at the heart of Merchanto.org’s growth.
You’ll work with fast-growing eCommerce, Fintech, and Digital Services companies, lead deals from the very first contact to a signed contract, and clearly show clients how our solutions solve real business pain.
Responsibilities
- Close deals using warm leads and existing database, focusing on turning interest into signed contracts;
- Fully own the sales process: discovery call, demo, objections, negotiation, and closing;
- Lead confident sales calls and product demos, clearly explaining how Merchanto solves real business problems;
- Create custom offers that fit the client’s needs, volumes, and business model;
- Work closely with the Lead Generation/Marketing team to improve conversions;
- Ensure a smooth handover to CSM team after the deal is closed;
- Know the product well and sell with confidence: value, use cases, and competitive advantages;
- Keep clear sales reporting: deals, pipeline, forecasts, and results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with proven closing results;
- Hands-on sales experience in IT, Fintech, Finance, or Affiliate industries;
- Proven success selling to English-speaking Tier-1 markets (US, UK, EU);
- English B2—C1, confident in professional sales communication;
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle;
- Experience leading sales demos, negotiations, and complex B2B deals;
- Confident working with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders;
- Results-driven mindset with clear ownership of pipeline and revenue;
- Ability to explain complex fintech products in simple business terms;
- Solid experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
