B2B Sales Manager (AI Video Production / Canadian Startup)

Are you ready to join the AI revolution? We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a fast-growing Canadian startup based in Toronto. Our company is disrupting the content creation industry by using Large Language Models (LLMs) and proprietary AI workflows to create high-quality video content.

 

We are currently a team of 10, but our goals are big: we plan to hire one new sales expert every month to build a powerhouse team of 10 sales professionals within the next year. This is your chance to be at the forefront of a remote sales department in Ukraine.

 

What You Will Do

  • Drive Outreach: Use Upwork as your primary tool to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Target the Right Audience: Engage with Marketing and SMM agencies to show them how our AI-driven video services can scale their business.
  • Close Deals: Manage the sales cycle from the first message to the closing call.
  • Handle Inbound: Process a steady stream of incoming leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate clients on the benefits of AI-powered video production.

 

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English: You’ll be working with international clients and a Canadian team, so strong verbal and written communication is a must.
  • Sales Hunter: You have experience in B2B sales (experience with Upwork is a significant plus).
  • Tech-Savvy: You are curious about AI, LLMs, and new technologies.
  • Ambitious: You aren’t just looking for a job; you want to grow into a top-tier earner in a global company.

Work Format

  • Location: 100% Remote (Ukraine).
  • Shift: Flexible (standard or evening shifts to align with North American time zones).
