Engagement & Hiring Timeline

• Format: outstaff cooperation, full-time 40 hours/week, fully remote

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)
• Implement new features, improve existing functionality, and refactor code for scalability
• Apply solid architecture practices (BLoC/Provider/Riverpod/Clean Architecture depending on the project)
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services via REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Write unit/widget/integration tests and participate in code reviews
• Support release processes for Google Play and the App Store, including CI/CD where applicable
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers; clarify requirements with the client when needed

What we’re looking for

• Middle level: 3+ years of commercial, production Flutter experience
• Strong Flutter/Dart fundamentals and hands-on experience with real-world app maintenance
• Experience publishing and supporting apps on Google Play and the App Store
• Good understanding of architecture patterns and clean, maintainable code practices
• Proven API integration experience (REST and/or GraphQL), async flows, error handling
• English level: B2 or higher (calls, written communication, requirement discussions)

Nice to have

• Firebase, push notifications, in-app purchases/subscriptions
• Performance optimization, animations (Rive/Lottie)
• Experience with e-commerce/fintech or large-scale apps
• Direct communication with international stakeholders
