Engagement Manager with experience in AWS Partnerships

Requirements:

● 3+ years of total experience as an Engagement Manager;
● Strong experience in preparing client proposals, tenders, and RFP/RFI responses;
● Strong research and analytical abilities;
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
● Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and in asynchronous environments;
● Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

Nice to Have:

● Experience working with AWS Partnerships;
● Experience in partner engagement and enablement;
● Exposure to emerging technical partnerships;
● Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts;
● Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

● Generating referred leads and supporting internal teams through AWS activities;
● Preparing and submitting opportunities via the AWS portal;
● Building network with AWS representatives;
● Work with AWS partner funding programs (MDF, PoC, MAP, etc.).
