Team Lead of Sales

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead of Sales who will be responsible not only for building and managing the sales function but also for actively generating leads, working with prospects, and closing deals.

This role combines strategic thinking, team leadership, and personal sales performance.

Currently, we work primarily with e-commerce projects, but our goal is to expand into other technologies and domains, so we are looking for a sales leader who can drive this growth across European and US markets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Sales & Lead Generation
  • Actively generate leads through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, networking, etc.).
  • Personally manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline while managing the sales team.
  • Test and validate new niches, markets, and service offerings.

 

 

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue across e-commerce and new technology domains.
  • Expand and strengthen the company’s presence in EU and US markets.
  • Define and improve pricing, packaging, and service/product models.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

 

 

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team (recruitment, onboarding, coaching).
  • Set clear KPIs for both personal and team performance.
  • Support BDMs in deal strategy, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build a strong, result-driven sales culture.

 

 

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for company leadership.
  • Introduce new tools, approaches, and technologies to improve sales efficiency.

 

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Team Lead / Head of Sales / Senior BDM role within an IT service company (outsourcing / outstaffing).
  • Strong hands-on sales and lead generation experience with proven, measurable results.
  • Experience working with European and/or US markets.
  • Background in e-commerce projects and openness to working with new technologies and domains.
  • Ability and willingness to combine management responsibilities with active sales work.
  • Experience with multiple sales channels (outbound, inbound, partnerships).
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnels.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, service offerings, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
