Team Lead / Senior Web Developer (Crypto Trading Platform)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Senior React Developer to join a fast-growing crypto trading product company. You will take ownership of frontend architecture, lead development efforts, and build high-performance, real-time web applications used by traders worldwide. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the development of a high-performance web trading platform

Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture following best practices

Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React

Work with real-time streaming data, WebSockets, and REST APIs

Manage application state using Redux and related libraries

Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers

Implement UI animations and ensure pixel-perfect design implementation

Optimize performance, debug complex issues, and ensure application stability

Introduce and maintain unit and UI tests to ensure code quality

Take ownership of technical decisions and mentor team members

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of professional experience in web development

5+ years of experience on a leading position

Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React

Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend standards

Experience with Redux and common React ecosystem libraries

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, networking concepts, and WebSockets

Hands-on experience with SignalR for real-time communication

Experience using debugging and monitoring tools such as Sentry

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to performance optimization

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech or product-driven environment

Experience with development of crypto/trading project - MUST!

Nice to Have

Experience with TradingView or similar charting libraries

Background in fintech, trading platforms, or crypto products

Understanding of financial markets and trading workflows

Experience using modern AI tools to improve development speed and productivity

Strong collaboration experience with designers using Figma
