Partnership Manager

The Gamzix team is growing, and we’re looking for a Partnership Manager to help us build, manage, and scale strong partnerships with platforms, aggregators, and key clients. This role plays a crucial part in driving product visibility, launches, and long-term growth across the iGaming ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing relationships with aggregators, platforms, and major operators: сommunicate with partners on a daily basis, acting as their first point of contact 
  • Provide commercial and contract support:
    • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of distribution agreements, NDAs, and amendments
    • Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements
    • Collect and organize partner documentation
    • Working with CRM (create and maintain customer info)
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports for senior partnership managers
  • Gather and flag partner feedback to help improve products and services
  • Support senior partnership managers in client communication, including: scheduling monthly meetings, coordinating expo meetings and event logistics, maintaining regular contact and updates with partners etc
  • New Partnerships: Track and process initial partnership inquiries from the company website

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in iGaming, partnerships, business development, or account management (internships also considered) - must
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+); other languages (Spanish, Ukrainian, etc.) are a plus
  • Basic understanding of iGaming products (slots, GGR,RNG, platforms, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools (Monday, HubSpot, or similar)
    High attention to detail, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
