SAP R/3 IS-U device management consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP R/3 IS-U device management consultant for the energy supply environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational support of our suppliers. 

Details: 

Start date: February 16, 2026 

Duration: 6+ months  

Schedule: Full-time, remote 
Location: Remote in EU 

German and English: Fluent 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Consulting on concept development

• Performing relevant customization

• Executing relevant transports

• Creating test cases and alpha testing

• Customer test support

• Go-live

• Post-implementation support 

Qualifications:

• Experience in processing and coordinating customer inquiries and fault reports via a ticketing system

• Experience in analyzing issues and developing tailored solutions

• Experience in mapping and maintaining device master data

• Experience in advising on device installation and removal and the associated master data processes

• Experience in processing device reports, transactions, and master data changes

• Experience in interface management for meter reading, EDM, and billing

• Experience in quality assurance, error analysis, and process optimization in device management

• Understanding of German energy market regulations, particularly the MsbG, GNDEW, and EnWG

• Knowledge of market communication in the area of ​​device management

• German language skills 

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Multi-tenant system on both the delivery and network sides

• Experience in test case catalog creation

• Experience/knowledge of test management

• Knowledge of the test management tool aqua

• Knowledge of Office 365 products
