• Frameworks: Proven track record of designing and building automation frameworks from scratch (Unit, Integration, and E2E).
• Tooling: Mastery of Postman, Pytest, or REST-assured for complex API validation.

2. Balanced Dev + Test Mindset

• Hybrid Contributions: Ability to switch seamlessly between writing product code (feature dev, component design) and test code.
• Defect Management: High proficiency in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fixing defects directly in the codebase.

3. Data & Healthcare Domain (Preferred)

• Interoperability: Familiarity with healthcare standards like FHIR or HL7.
• Data Pipelines: Experience querying large datasets using SQL/RDBMS and handling sensitive HIPAA-regulated data.
