What You’ll Do
• Work directly with founders and key leaders as a Business Coach
• Support leaders in decision-making, clarity, and prioritization
• Help structure goals, responsibilities, and leadership processes
• Identify blockers, blind spots, and patterns impacting execution
• Improve communication and leadership effectiveness
• Provide regular 1:1 coaching sessions
• Support execution, accountability, and performance
• Act as a practical business partner, not a motivational speaker
• Use structured thinking and real business context

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business coaching, leadership coaching, or executive advisory roles
• Proven experience working with founders, CEOs, executives, or senior managers
• Hands-on experience supporting decision-making, prioritization, and execution in real business contexts
• Background in tech companies, startups, scale-ups, or fast-growing organizations
• Experience working with leadership challenges during growth, change, or scaling phases
• Ability to translate complex leadership or business challenges into clear actions and accountability
• Strong understanding of business operations, team dynamics, and performance drivers
• High emotional intelligence combined with structured, pragmatic thinking
• Experience working remotely with international teams
• English: C1 (advanced, confident communication)
