Android Kotlin Developer

We are looking for an Android Developer to join our team and work on a telecom routing platform that delivers incoming phone calls from traditional SIP infrastructure directly to users’ Android applications — bypassing standard mobile carrier tariffs.

The platform allows businesses and users to receive calls via Android apps seamlessly, integrating classical VoIP systems with modern mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Discovery and requirement clarification for SDKs, apps, and admin tools.

• Implement features for call routing, notifications, background handling, and connectivity management.

• Collaborate with QA, product managers, and telecom engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and real-time call handling.

• Ensure proper documentation of SDK APIs, integration guides, and developer-facing resources.

Required Qualifications

• English B2 or higher for smooth technical communication.

• 2+ years of experience in Android development.

• Strong experience with Android SDK development, libraries, and app architecture.

• Proficiency in Kotlin.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Experience with debugging tools and profiling Android apps.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in telecom, VoIP, or RTC applications.

• Experience building and maintaining SDKs for external developers.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Android apps.

• Understanding of call quality optimization and low-latency audio streaming.
