Middle QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to test AI-powered features, chatbots, and agents, ensuring quality, stability, and safety. This role combines classic QA with AI-focused testing and close collaboration with developers and product teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and test design techniques
• Experience in testing web applications
• Hands-on experience with API testing
• Basic understanding of databases (nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of Python (read and understand code, simple scripting)
• Experience working with Git / GitHub
• Ability to create clear and structured test documentation
• Experience with TestRail or similar tools (nice to have)

AI & Chatbot Experience (Required):

• Experience or strong understanding of AI-powered systems such as chatbots & agents
• Understanding of how LLMs (e.g. OpenAI) work
• Ability to evaluate AI response quality (accuracy, consistency, hallucinations)
• Experience with LLM evaluation libraries (nice to have)
• Understanding of AI limitations and risks
• Experience or willingness to work with prompt engineering
• Understanding or readiness to learn AI Red Teaming and safety testing

Responsibilities

• Test AI-powered features, chatbots, and AI agents
• Validate AI behavior, response quality, stability, and safety
• Test prompts, edge cases, and AI flows
• Perform functional and non-functional testing
• Conduct API testing
• Maintain test documentation (test cases, test plans, checklists)
• Participate in demos and team discussions
• Contribute to test automation where applicable
• Collaborate closely with developers, PM, and the QA team
• Suggest improvements to QA and AI testing processes
• Knowledge sharing & support in the QA department
