QA Engineer / QA Automation Engineer (Python) to $2500

We are looking for a QA Engineer who is not only able to test a product, but also actively influence product quality and development processes. The project is relatively small, with a high level of autonomy and a clear opportunity to directly see the impact of your work.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional and non-functional testing of the product
  • Manual testing and development of test automation
  • Development and maintenance of test automation (Python is a strong plus)
  • Applying shift-left testing approaches and participating in early-stage testing
  • Working in an Agile team (Scrum / Kanban) and contributing to the improvement of QA processes
  • Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (a plus)
  • Implementing, analyzing, and improving quality metrics
  • Independent work and proactive initiatives to improve product quality and processes

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of software testing theory and the ability to apply it in practice
  • Experience in manual testing and test automation
  • Understanding and/or hands-on experience with shift-left testing approaches
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience in building or improving testing processes
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Willingness to influence processes, not just “execute checklists”
  • Experience with test automation in Python — a strong plus
  • Experience working on small projects — a plus
  • Experience setting up or working with CI/CD pipelines — a plus

We offer:

  • An opportunity to influence QA processes and quality architecture almost from scratch
  • An interesting and valuable case for your portfolio
  • Starting compensation: $2,000 – $2,500 net
  • Potential compensation growth up to $4,000 – $4,500 with successful project development and full-scale QA automation implementation
  • Flexibility and trust: results matter more to us than formalities
  • A team of professionals with international experience.
  • 20 working days of paid vacation, plus 10 paid sick leave days/days off + 8 paid public holidays per year.
  • A friendly and supportive team atmosphere.
  • Opportunities for career growth and strong professional development.

If you’re interested not just in testing, but in making a product better and building quality processes — we’d be happy to talk.
