- Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (a plus)
- Implementing, analyzing, and improving quality metrics
- Independent work and proactive initiatives to improve product quality and processes
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of software testing theory and the ability to apply it in practice
- Experience in manual testing and test automation
- Understanding and/or hands-on experience with shift-left testing approaches
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Experience in building or improving testing processes
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to influence processes, not just “execute checklists”
- Experience with test automation in Python — a strong plus
- Experience working on small projects — a plus
- Experience setting up or working with CI/CD pipelines — a plus
We offer:
- An opportunity to influence QA processes and quality architecture almost from scratch
- An interesting and valuable case for your portfolio
- Starting compensation: $2,000 – $2,500 net
- Potential compensation growth up to $4,000 – $4,500 with successful project development and full-scale QA automation implementation
- Flexibility and trust: results matter more to us than formalities
- A team of professionals with international experience.
- 20 working days of paid vacation, plus 10 paid sick leave days/days off + 8 paid public holidays per year.
- A friendly and supportive team atmosphere.
- Opportunities for career growth and strong professional development.
If you’re interested not just in testing, but in making a product better and building quality processes — we’d be happy to talk.
