The role combines technical leadership, service architecture, and delivery management within a complex enterprise environment.

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure Expert with strong hands-on experience and a solid background in service architecture, platform delivery, and transition management.
You will take ownership of platform services, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and work closely with global, distributed teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for platform and infrastructure service delivery
Translate business and operational requirements into technical and architectural solutions
Act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure and cloud platforms
Collaborate with global virtual teams across multiple regions
Ensure service quality, security, availability, and compliance
Manage stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers
Support transition, rollout, and continuous improvement of services
Required Experience & Skills
Strong hands-on experience as an IT Infrastructure / Platform Expert
Proven background in Service Architecture and Delivery / Transition Management
Solid Project Management experience in enterprise environments
Deep understanding of cloud platforms:
Azure
AWS
Kubernetes / OpenShift
Experience with Web & Application Servers:
IIS, Apache, Citrix
Tomcat, JBoss
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus)
