Middle Manual QA Engineer

About the project

We are developing a CRM system used for customer management, sales processes, analytics, and internal business operations. The product is actively evolving, with regular releases and close collaboration between QA, developers, and product managers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer
• Strong understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience testing web applications (CRM systems are a plus)
• Experience in test case creation, execution, and bug reporting
• Knowledge of SDLC / STLC
• Experience working with bug tracking systems (Jira or similar)
• Basic understanding of SQL and REST APIs is a plus
• English level B2+ (able to communicate confidently with an international team)
• Ability to work full-time in the Kyiv time zone

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and clarify details with the team
• Create and maintain test cases and checklists
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Report, track, and verify bugs
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers
• Participate in sprint planning and QA-related meetings

Nice to have

• Experience testing CRM, ERP, or SaaS products
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
