What You Need:

Must-Have

- 3+ years with modern frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt, Remix, SvelteKit)

- 5+ years building production React or Vue applications

- Led e-commerce migrations from legacy to modern platforms

- Strong TypeScript, modern tooling (Vite, Webpack), and edge platforms (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare)

- Proven technical leadership experience mentoring teams

- Deep understanding of SSR, ISR, routing, caching, and Core Web Vitals

Nice-to-Have

- Expertise in both React and Vue ecosystems

- Serverless and edge computing architecture

- Feature flags and phased rollout strategies

- Experience with NextAuth.js, Jest, Vitest, Playwright

- Modern state management (Zustand, Jotai, Pinia)
