QA Engineer (Web3)
Project: OutBe Network
Format: Remote · Full-time
About the Project
OutBe is a new decentralized blockchain network that redefines capital gains by recognizing consumer activity as a source of value creation. The protocol allocates economic returns to users based on verified real-world consumption, aligning rewards with actual network usage and growth. Value distribution is fully protocol-driven, privacy-preserving, and enforced through on-chain mechanisms without centralized governance.
The core product lives entirely in EVM modules, smart contracts and protocol logic.
We are looking for a QA Engineer who is comfortable testing blockchain systems, understands how smart contracts are deployed and executed, and ensures that broken logic never reaches production.

- Design and maintain integration test scenarios.
- Validate protocol logic, including:
- state transitions
- token flows and accounting
- failure and revert scenarios
- Manual testing with sequential automatisation from scratch
- Maintain and expand regression test coverage as the protocol evolves
- Integrate test execution into GitHub Actions
- Participate in release validation and test sign-off
- Collaborate closely with smart contract developers and product owners
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Web3 QA
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals
- Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
- Experience working with EVM-based blockchains & testing smart contracts.
- Experience integrating tests into CI pipelines
