YouTube creators are global businesses, yet they are often treated like hobbyists by traditional banks. They face 30-day AdSense delays, restrictive payout methods, and high conversion fees.

MilX is the solution. We are a global fintech powerhouse in the official YouTube Partner ecosystem (via ScaleLab / AIR), operating in 80+ countries. We provide creators with daily payments, crypto withdrawals, and "Active Funds" (up to 6 months of revenue in advance).

We don't need a "telemarketer." We need a Strategic Hunter to help us onboard the world’s most influential creators.

 

The Role: Human-First Outreach

 

We are looking for a Senior SDR whose superpower is bespoke, manual outreach. At MilX, we despise automated spam. Our best growth comes from personalized 1:1 connections built on data and trust.

In this role, you won't just be hitting "send" on a sequence; you will be analyzing channel metrics, understanding a creator’s niche, and crafting the "un-ignorable" message that opens doors.

 

What You’ll Do (The Playbook)

 

  • Strategic Prospecting (60%): Use tools and manual research to identify high-revenue YouTubers. You’ll look beyond subscriber counts to find creators with high-quality monetization potential.
  • Bespoke Outreach: "Break into" accounts via Instagram DMs, YouTube business emails, Discord, Reddit, and LinkedIn. No scripts—just high-level, empathetic communication tailored to each creator.
  • The "Consultative" Pitch: Articulate the MilX value proposition specifically for different personas (e.g., why a Gaming creator needs crypto vs. why a Vlogger needs Active Funds).
  • Pipeline Architecture: Maintain a high-fidelity lead list, tracking revenue potential and risk factors.
  • Cross-Functional Feedback: Work directly with Marketing and Creator Success to refine our "hooks" and onboarding experience.

     

Who You Are

 

  • The Hunter: You have 2+ years of experience in SDR/BD roles where you owned the outreach strategy, not just the execution.
  • Creator Native: You understand the "language" of YouTube. You know the difference between a CPM and a RPM, and you understand why creators are moving toward alternative banking.
  • Copywriting Ninja: You can write messages that feel like they come from a peer, not a corporation. Your English is impeccable (C1/C2 level) and natural.
  • Data-Driven: You can look at a channel's analytics and spot the exact pain point MilX can solve.
  • The Professional Closer: You are comfortable on Zoom/Google Meet, handling objections from savvy creators with ease and clarity.
