Meme Designer

We’re looking for a Junior / Middle Designer to join our team full-time and focus on fast visual production based on clear technical tasks.

You’ll be creating images and visual assets for situational, trend-driven websites related to news, events, memes, and memecoins.

This role is about speed, taste, and understanding internet trends, not long design cycles or heavy branding systems.

These are fast-moving projects reacting to current narratives and market sentiment.

🎨 Responsibilities

• Full-time creation of visual assets based on provided TAs

• Designing:

  • Hero images
  • Website sections
  • Banners and covers
  • Meme-style visuals
  • Simple UI elements

   

• Quickly adapting visuals to:

  • Breaking news
  • Events
  • Trends
  • Memecoins and Web3 narratives

   

• Iterating fast based on feedback
• Keeping visual consistency within each individual site

✅ Requirements

• Junior or Middle level design experience
• Confident use of Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Ability to work fast and deliver multiple visuals per day
• Strong visual taste and understanding of:
  • Internet culture
  • Memes
  • Trend aesthetics
• Ability to follow technical tasks without constant supervision
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto / Web3 / memecoin-related visuals
• Understanding of landing page structure
• Basic motion or simple animations
• Ability to switch styles quickly (serious, ironic, meme-driven)

💰 Compensation

• Base salary: $800 – $1,200 USD / month
• Bonuses for speed, quality, and high-impact visuals
