Team Lead of Quality Control

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions. We are looking for a Team Lead of Quality Control  to join our team.

 Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the QC department;

- At least 6 months of team management experience;

- Mandatory experience in the Customer Support;

- Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and English;

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data;

- Proficiency in office programs (CRMs, evaluation tools, MS Office, Google Docs);

- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;

- Systematic thinking and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions;

- Result-oriented and constantly improving processes.


Responsibilities: 
- Managing the QC Support team: task distribution, KPI control, motivation, and employee development;

- Quality control of relevant department agents' work.

- Ensuring a unified approach to quality assessment and objectivity of verification results;

- Identifying team growth areas and developing recommendations to improve service quality;

- Providing constructive feedback to specialists and management;

- Analysing verification data, preparing reports and analytics on work quality;

- Interacting with other departments to improve processes and increase business efficiency;

- Monitoring and adapting team’s processes to changes in business requirements and needs.
