Requirements:

— 4+ years of the commercial experience with Go (Golang)
— Clean code approach: SOLID, design patterns, best practices
— Experience writing unit tests (test strategy, mocking, coverage)
— Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (Redis, Elasticsearch)
— Understanding of CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes is a plus
— Confident Git usage (branching strategies, code reviews)
— Strong experience with REST APIs, HTTP, OpenAPI / Swagger
— Knowledge of backend security: OWASP Top 10, JWT, OAuth2, Encryption & secure data handling
— Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
— Proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude

Would be nice:
— Experience in fintech / crypto
— Understanding of trading systems and blockchain basics
— Knowledge of financial compliance
— Integrations with payment providers (Checkout, Zen, AnyMoney, Clear Junction)
— Experience with SEPA, Visa/Mastercard, antifraud systems
— Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Responsibilities:
— Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
— Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of services
— Write and maintain unit and integration tests
— Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
— Debug and resolve complex backend issues
— Improve and maintain existing codebases
— Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, Product, and Design teams
— Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
— Share knowledge and clearly communicate technical solutions
