About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Partner to own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed agreement and first payment.
This is not an SDR role.
This is not a support position.
You’ll speak directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders, guide them through our hiring model, and close deals independently.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Acquisition
• Proactively reach out via LinkedIn and email
• Run discovery calls with founders and hiring leaders
• Understand real hiring pain points and business context
• Clearly explain TrustyRecruit’s hiring model and structure
• Handle objections around pricing, timing, and approach
• Align on scope, pricing, and milestones (within guardrails)
• Secure signed agreements and first installment payments
Deal Ownership
• Own the deal end-to-end until payment is received
• Maintain clean handover notes after closing
• Collaborate with the founder on complex or high-value deals when needed
Who This Role Is For
Strong fit if you:
• Have sold B2B services (recruitment, consulting, agency, professional services)
• Are comfortable speaking with founders and executives
• Understand value-based selling (not transactional sales)
• Can work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Are motivated by commission and results
Likely not a fit if you:
• Are early-career in sales
• Require a base salary
• Have only sold SaaS subscriptions
• Prefer heavy scripts and micromanagement
• Avoid ownership or accountability
Location:
Remote (EU / North America preferred)
Compensation:
💰 Commission-only - 20% per closed deal ( min. $3,000 per deal)
