Senior Delphi developer with C# skills

US Company is searching for a Senior Delphi developer with C# skills to join a development team for an enterprise level platforms and services. Interesting project, distributed team, full-time, an official contract. Remote work, flexible schedule.

Brief project description:

• The product is a complex platform with applications realized like SaaS, which perform multiple functions for improving Safety, Sustainability and Productivity (works planning / incident management / monitoring & analytics) on high-risky industries: oil & gas gathering and transportation, chemical, building, energy market.

Responsibilities:

• Full-stack development and maintenance for the LCA product family across all layers from desktop clients, backend services and data layer, to API development and user interface design and implementation
• Develop functionality, applications and services in Delphi and C#
• Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
• Develop infrastructure and APIs to support custom projects, such as customer specific LCA
  tools, or integrations of the LCA product family with ERP, CRM, PLM…
• Analyze requirements, suggest concepts, and assess development efforts.
• Analyze technology trends and harmonize our technology landscape to make it future proof.
• Work in a scrum team.
• White box testing and development of unit tests
• Technical system documentation (source code documentation, external documentation,
  bug-tracking system, design documentation etc.)
• Refactor modules to address the most relevant weak spots.
• 3rd-level support

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in developing desktop software applications - 3 years) 
• Experience with Delphi - 2 years)
• Experience in C# or similar object-oriented languages - 2 years)
• Experience in developing APIs - years)
• Fluent in English
• Experience with scrum development process - 2 years)

Skills Considered a Plus:

• Domain expertise in life-cycle assessment, or a strong passion for the field
• Scrum master experience
• Azure and Azure DevOps experience

Work conditions:

• Distributed team, remote work.
• Kanban or scrum approach, 5-6 team members / team.
• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Official contract: salary, sick-leave days, holidays, vacations.
