Sales Development Representative

We are a fast-growing B2B startup working with international markets and are looking for a motivated SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our sales team.

This role offers hands-on exposure to global B2B sales and real ownership from day one. It’s a great opportunity for early-career professionals who are eager to grow in sales, startups, and business development.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Execute outbound sales activities targeting international B2B prospects
  • Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn and email
  • Build initial relationships, qualify leads, and book sales meetings
  • Work closely with sales leadership and contribute to pipeline growth
  • Learn and apply best practices in B2B outbound sales and sales development

     

Who You Are

  • Experience as an SDR / BDR in a B2B environment or strong motivation to start a career in sales
  • Genuine interest in sales, business, and startups
  • Native or near-native English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and persuasive outbound messages
  • Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working with KPIs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound tools
  • Background in Business, Economics, or a related field
