Position
We are looking for a Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer(PHP/Wordpress/JS) to join an established front-end team. The role requires a senior-level engineer who can take ownership of complex tasks, contribute to technical decisions, and support overall code quality.

5–10 years of commercial development experience

Team & Projects
You will join a stable, long-term team working on multiple client projects focused on lead generation platforms. The team already includes several front-end developers, and we are looking for a more senior specialist who can take ownership of complex tasks and support overall technical quality.

Tech Stack

• PHP (Symfony)
• WordPress
• JavaScript
• HTML / CSS

Key Requirements

WordPress (advanced level)

• Experience building complex WordPress-based systems (beyond simple blogs)
• Hands-on experience with WordPress Multisite
• Custom plugin development using:
  • Object-Oriented Programming
  • Composer / autoloading
  • Typed properties and variables
  • Custom database tables
• Experience creating custom caching solutions for high-performance systems
• Strong experience with WP_Query for complex queries
• Experience building custom tools to improve the WordPress developer or admin experience

PHP

• 5+ years of experience with modern PHP (8+)
• Experience with phpcs / phpcbf
• Experience defining custom sniffs or working with PHPParser / AST
• Experience with reflection and introspection
• Solid understanding and practical use of DTOs and Value Objects

General

• Experience working with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
