Sales Manager $$$

DeltaFunc is an innovative fintech company building advanced solutions for the financial industry.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will turn incoming and outbound leads into active clients, conduct high-quality negotiations, and manage the entire sales pipeline.

In this role, you will be responsible for lead qualification, CRM management, follow-ups, and client activation, as well as communicating with potential partners and clients during industry conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cold leads through email, LinkedIn, messengers, and industry conferences
• Quickly establish the first contact and qualify leads
• Move relevant leads through the sales pipeline to activation
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (statuses, history, next steps)
• Track and report sales funnel metrics and conversions
• Prepare and work with leads during conferences and industry events

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience working with cold leads and international clients
• Strong skills in lead qualification and sales conversations
• Ability to sell through understanding client needs, not just scripts
• Experience working with CRM systems
• English B2-C1 (all client communication will be in English)
• Proactive mindset and result-oriented approach
• Strong self-organization and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, Payments, IT services, or Web3
• Experience with full-cycle sales
• Experience in both outbound and inbound sales
• Experience participating in industry conferences or events
