Founding Engineer (Agentic Intelligence) We are building the intelligence layer for fragmented global markets. The world’s most valuable data isn't sitting in clean APIs—it’s trapped in thousands of unstructured open sources, from massive enterprise portals to obscure individual websites. We are building an autonomous agentic system that doesn't just crawl the web; it reads, reasons, and reports. As our first hire, you will move beyond simple ETL to architect a "market brain" that distills chaos into institutional-grade clarity. The Mission: Architect the Stack: Design the infrastructure for a system that interprets the web in real-time. Build the Engine: Create the core reasoning loops that allow our agents to navigate and analyze complex data environments. Lead the Evolution: Transition from lead builder to engineering leader as we scale the team and the product.

Requirements

From Zero to Intelligence 

🏗️ Architect from 0 to 1 Design and deploy a scalable ingestion engine capable of normalizing millions of granular data points from hostile, anti-bot-protected web environments. You aren't just moving data; you are building a resilient nervous system for a "living" dataset. 

🧠 Build the Hybrid AI Pipeline Agentic RAG: Orchestrate complex loops using LangGraph to autonomously ingest, verify, and "clean" unstructured market data. Analytical ML: Deploy regression models (PyTorch/Scikit-learn) to detect pricing anomalies and generate high-confidence market signals. 

🔌 MCP & Graph Mastery Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that bridge the gap between our Next.js interface and our Knowledge Graph. You will enable our agents to query complex relationships fluently, turning a database into a conversational partner. 

🛠️ The Tech Stack Data & Graph Layer: Neo4j/FalkorDB + Supabase (pgvector). You’ll map entities, stakeholders, and macro-trends into a multi-dimensional Knowledge Graph. ML Layer (Analytical): PyTorch/FastAPI hosted on Modal. Building predictive yield forecasting and automated valuation engines. LLM Layer (Semantic): Claude 3.5/GPT-5 + LangGraph. Driving agentic workflows for resilient data extraction and conversational search. 

🚀 Scale the Team As the foundational engineer, you will set the standard. You’ll establish the engineering culture, define CI/CD pipelines, and lead the hiring process as we grow the team from 1 to 10+.
