Functional Data Analyst (SAP Plant Maintenance)

We are looking for a Functional Data Analyst (SAP PM) to support the Plant Maintenance workstream within an SAP S/4HANA programme. The role focuses on data analysis, mapping, validation, and migration to ensure high-quality and accurate PM data during the transition to S/4.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse SAP PM data objects, including equipment, maintenance plans, and work orders
• Map legacy data to SAP S/4HANA structures and support the definition of transformation rules
• Support data validation activities and assist in defect identification and resolution
• Collaborate closely with the PM Process Lead and Data Migration team
• Support testing phases and cutover preparation activities

Requirements

• Proven experience working with SAP PM data objects
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data handling and validation
• Understanding of data migration processes within SAP programmes
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams
• Fluent English and Polish
