Senior UX designer (Flutter)

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter & UX Designer to take ownership of building and refining a complex, production-grade iOS application. This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence and UX craftsmanship — you’ll not only implement features, but actively shape how users experience the product.
 

You’ll work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-performance user flows, while ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.
 

Key Responsibilities

• UX Ownership – Design and implement complex user journeys, flows, and edge cases with a strong focus on clarity and usability
• Interaction Design – Define how screens connect, how users move, and how the app responds to user actions
• Design Translation – Turn product requirements and wireframes into intuitive, well-structured in-app experiences
• Product Thinking – Actively participate in product decisions, helping simplify complex logic into user-friendly flows
• Consistency & Quality – Ensure visual and interaction consistency across the entire app
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to refine UX decisions
• Iteration – Continuously improve flows and interactions based on feedback, testing, and real user behavior

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with strong Flutter expertise
• Proven experience building production-grade iOS apps
• Strong UX sensibility and experience implementing complex user flows and edge cases
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and performance optimization
• Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with clean, maintainable architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
   

Bonus Points

• Experience working on B2B SaaS or data-heavy applications
• Familiarity with design systems and UX prototyping tools

Experience owning features end-to-end in fast-moving product teams
