Sales Manager (German-speaking, Inbound)

MatBor is a digital marketing agency helping local businesses in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, and other European markets attract new customers.

We are currently looking for a German-speaking Sales Manager (C1+) to join our team full-time.

Work format

• Remote
• Inbound leads only (no cold outreach)
• Calls and Zoom meetings in German

• Selling digital services (SEO, Google Ads)

   

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls and negotiations with German-speaking clients
• Present and sell company services
• Close deals and transfer clients to Project Managers
• Work with structured sales scripts

• Maintain clear and professional communication

   

Requirements

• German — C1+ (spoken and written)
• Experience in sales (calls / negotiations)
• Strong communication and structured approach
• Result-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently
