Senior Webflow Developer

Requirements:
• Webflow (system-level, production, CRO pages) — 5+ years
• Large-scale Webflow websites, reusable components, CMS, rapid iteration without system disruption, working in a high-velocity marketing environment.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO, A/B testing, experimentation mindset) — 2+ years
• Practical experience in conversion rate improvement: hypotheses, landing pages, tests, iterations, understanding metrics and the impact of changes.
• Front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS + basic JS for experiments) — any
• Responsive layout, flex/grid, stable markup, JS for DOM manipulation, integrations, and experimental scenarios.
