Tech Lead (Python)

We are looking for a visionary Tech Lead for our client - a high-growth FinTech company building an innovative platform for financial data collection and AI-driven analysis. The platform empowers businesses by transforming raw financial data into actionable insights through cutting-edge LLM integrations.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the client’s technical roadmap, ensuring the scalability of their Python-based ecosystem, and leading the integration of AI tools.
 

The Role Strategy

We need a leader who balances hands-on engineering with high-level architectural decision-making. You will own the technical evolution of the platform, moving from business requirements to production-ready, scalable Python services and AI pipelines.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Ownership: Design and evolve the platform’s architecture, ensuring it meets long-term business goals.
• AI & Data Engineering: Lead the development of Python services, data processing pipelines, and sophisticated LLM integrations.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee AWS environments with a focus on high security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Set technical standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
• Pragmatic Decision Making: Translate complex business needs into clean, maintainable technical solutions while identifying risks and growth opportunities.
   

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior Python Expertise: Deep experience in backend systems and complex data processing.
• AI/LLM Implementation: Hands-on experience deploying LLM/AI systems (cloud-based or on-premise).
• Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience managing production environments in AWS.
• System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, API-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Ownership Mindset: A self-driven approach with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

Nice to Have

• Background in FinTech or working with complex financial data.
• Familiarity with the full stack: Node.js (NestJS) or React.
• Experience in a client-facing outstaff/consulting environment.
