Requirements:
— 5+ years in IT operations, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
— Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Security, and Cloud services.
— Proven experience managing IT budgets.
— Solid knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and Project Management methodologies.
— Exceptional strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
— Manage and mentor the IT Helpdesk team, ensuring they reach their KPIs and professional growth targets.
— Forecast talent and technology needs to ensure the IT department is always ahead of company growth.
— Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and manage strategic relationships with key IT service providers.
— Develop and manage the annual IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
— Collaborate with teams to ensure that all operational processes strictly follow corporate security standards.
— Ensure all IT services are delivered via standardized, measurable, and documented processes.
— Act as the primary bridge between IT and other departments (HR, Finance, Legal) to align IT operations with organizational needs.
