Senior Webflow Developer

Digis is looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join a long-term partnership with a US-based innovator transforming how consumers access aesthetics, telehealth, and pharmacy services.

About the Project
The client is building trusted, patient-first brands that deliver results across verticals like medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and wellness. The project is in an active scaling and optimization phase.
We are looking for a Webflow expert with a strong CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) mindset who can drive velocity and maintain a high bar for quality.

Responsibilities
 

• Build & Iterate: Develop high-converting landing and marketing pages in Webflow from scratch or based on existing frameworks.
• CRO Execution: Implement A/B test variants and experiment-ready structures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Web, CRO specialists, Designers, and Analytics teams to support rapid testing cycles.
   

Requirements
 

• Experience: 5+ years with Webflow.
• CRO Mindset: practical experience in experimentation environments and conversion-focused front-end execution.
• English Level: High proficiency (Advanced/Upper-Intermediate) for frequent technical meetings and direct collaboration with the US-based leadership.
